10 PF 6-301.12 (A-D): Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of adjacent HANDWASHING SINKS shall be provided with: (A) Individual, disposable towels; (B) A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; or (C) A heated-air hand drying device; or (D) A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
The paper towel dispenser in the basement bathroom sink is not dispensing paper towels. A roll was placed into the bathroom for use. COS
10 C 6-301.14: A sign or poster that notifies FOOD EMPLOYEES to wash their hands shall be provided at all HANDWASHING SINKS used by FOOD EMPLOYEES and shall be clearly visible to FOOD EMPLOYEES.
There was no hand washing sign at the server hand washing sink. Provide a hand washing sign at every hand washing sink and maintain by the next routine inspection. Repeat
16 PF 4-601.11(A): (A) EQUIPMENT FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES and UTENSILS shall be clean to sight and touch.
The ice machine deflector is in need of cleaning. It was cleaned and ice discarded. COS
22 P 3-501.16(A)(2): (A) Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control as specified under §3-501.19, and except as specified under ¶ (B) and in ¶ (C ) of this section, TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD shall be maintained: (2) At 5ºC (41ºF) or less.
The temperature of food stored in the prep cooler was 45-50 degrees. TCS food in the cooler was moved to the adjacent cooler and freezers. Until the cooler can be repaired, cut and cooked vegetables and sliced cheese will be stored on ice in the top of the cooler (below 41 degrees) and all other TCS foods will be stored in the tall cooler. - Repeat (Correct By: Sep 8, 2023)
41 C 3-304.14 (B)(1)(2): (B) Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other EQUIPMENT surfaces shall be: (1) Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under § 4-501.114; and (2) Laundered daily as specified under ¶ 4-802.11(D).
Observed an in-use wiping cloth stored on the countertop in the kitchen. Towel was moved to the sanitizer solution in the bucket. COS

The dumpster lids were open. Close and maintain by the next routine inspection. Repeat
54 C 5-502.11: REFUSE, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the PREMISES at a frequency that will minimize the development of objectionable odors and other conditions that attract or harbor insects and rodents.
The dumpster is overflowing with trash. Have trash removed at a frequency that allows the lids to be closed and maintain by the next routine inspection.
55 C 6-501.11: PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair.
